What: As mediators and peacemakers, we often stand in the gap, becoming the bridge between divides. But bridges can get heavy, worn, or stepped on. How do we care for ourselves and our imagination while holding both beauty and brokenness? Lucy Wess, MAMP Director, will facilitate this interactive session featuring Gracelynn Chung-yan Lau, PhD, RTC, ExAT, Founder of Imagination Care Studio in British Columbia, Canada. 

In this webinar, Gracelynn Lau will share how expressive arts therapy has helped her metabolize complexities within and around her, moving through burnout with creativity and resilience. The session will combine personal storytelling with expressive arts-inspired interactive exercises, inviting participants to engage with their own imaginative and creative capacities.
