Background
I have been a litigation attorney with Gross, Minsky & Mogul, P.A. for more than 40 years. In that time I have focused on family law, insurance defense, plaintiff's personal injury, timber trespass (timber theft), partition of real estate, construction disputes and other general civil litigation matters. I've served as board member and president of the Penobscot County Bar Association and as a member and panel chair of the Fee Arbitration Commission of the Maine Board of Bar Overseers. I have served on many local, state, regional and national boards and committees. I enjoy camping, fly fishing and fly tying.
