Background

My entire career has been assisting others. I spent 30 years in the log home industry as a sales and marketing professional, assisting homeowners with their dream home. Over the last 10 years, I have assisted companies in expanding their business through government contracting opportunities. I have excellent listening and organizational skills, as well the ability to adapt and communicate with many different personality types. During my career, I have learned to be extremely empathetic and patient in all situations. I stive to assist parties in resolving their conflicts through Alternative Dispute Resolution practices in a calm and relaxed atmosphere.
