Background
Kelsey prioritizes design concepts in all areas of her work, ranging from online curriculum development to mediation processes. Kelsey played an instrumental role in increasing youth access to Restorative Justice processes across Maine. She now works internationally, combining her gifts for conflict transformation, curriculum development and implementation, and group facilitation to create engaging mediation and learning environments online and in person.
